After a tragedy in her early life, Ermes Costello, a prison buddy of Jolyne Cujoh, learned that her mortal enemy was also in jail, and deliberately committed a crime in order to go to jail and track them down for revenge. She possesses the Stand called ‘Kiss’
Weather Report
Originally named Wes, he later took the name of his stand, also called Weather Report. This male prisoner who has lost his memory is taciturn, calm and composed. His true identity is Domenico Pucci, the long-lost twin brother of Enrico Pucci. At the time of his birth, another woman whose baby died in the same hospital stole him and separated him from his original family, renaming him Wes Bluemarine. At the age of 16, he met and dated Perla Pucci, but neither knew that they were blood relatives.
Narciso Anasui
A mysterious male prisoner staying in the room with Emporio and Weather Report. He has an ability to restructure things with his Stand Diver Down, and falls in love with Jolyne. When he was in college, he went to prison for murdering his girlfriend, who was having an affair. Emporio said that if Weather Report is not there to suppress Narciso, no one knows what he will do.
Enrico Pucci
The final villain of the Stone Ocean series. When he saw the tomb of his twin brother Domenico in his childhood, he wondered if God had chosen himself instead of his brother, and he began to think about the meaning of happiness, leading to his motivation to go to the seminary. He met DIO at the age of 15, and later became close friends with him and obtained a piece of his bones. He wants to realize the theory of DIO in order to make the world happy, but the notebook that records this theory was burned by Jotaro Kujo.
